The Muskegon community makes a splash returning back to the icy waters of Lake Muskegon after being the last of Michigan's Polar Plunges before America went into lockdown in 2019. From angels to bowling pins, participants wore costumes while they cannon-balled and flipped off of the dock in Hartshorn Marina under the supervision of Muskegon's dive rescue team.
