A short 3-5 minute video focusing on Dixie Hibbs, former Mayor of Bardstown and local historian of the Central Kentucky area. She will serve to narrate the history of the 31-W and how it used to be a large section of Dixie Road. Highlights the highs in the 50's and 60's and how it died after Interstate 65 was built in 1958. End with how life still lives there, it's just quiet, or stilled in time.
